The challenge
A new 158-bed facility used a household model — four residential wings of 15–18 residents — and needed door lockdown for a patient emergency without treating security and data as afterthoughts.
Our solution
CIISEC installed 35 CCTV cameras, 17 security panels, 126 access-control doors, 12 communications cabinets, more than 1,000 data points and a multi-mode fibre backbone.
The result
The facility reached topping-out in February 2023 and opened to residents in early 2024 with full system integration — secure living across 158 beds from day one.
